Every tenancy, on the record

Each tenancy stores the tenants and their contact details, the start and end dates, whether it is fixed term or periodic, the rent and when it is paid, and the documents that go with it. When a tenancy ends it moves to the property history rather than being deleted.

Deposits tied to the tenant, not the building

A tenancy deposit is protected for that tenancy and returned or re-protected when it ends. TenantTool records the scheme, the reference and the date it was protected on the tenancy itself, so the next tenant starts with a clean record rather than inheriting the last one.

A portal for your tenants

You can invite a tenant to their own portal, separate from your dashboard. You choose exactly what they can see, and they only ever see their own tenancy.
