Pricing
Free covers up to 3 properties with no card. Lite and Standard are priced by the number of homes and commercial units, with a seven-day trial. Standard adds the things that do the paperwork for you, and the estate modules go on top of it.
See what you would pay on each plan. Prices include VAT; paying yearly costs ten months, so two months are free.
Over 250? Talk to us and we will price a contract with you.

Farm and estate homes that go with a job, a condition or a season.
Fields and every agreement over them, with the dates that matter.
Everything let one by one: stables, plots, bays and moorings.
Over 250 properties, or need a contract rather than a card? Tell us about your organisation and we will set up a call to agree licensing, support and price with you.

Yes. Lite and Standard each have a base price that includes the first 5 properties, then a price for each one after that, which falls as the portfolio grows. Lite: £1.50 a property from 6 to 50, £1 a property after 50. Standard: £2.50 a property from 6 to 50, £1.25 a property after 50.
Each home or commercial unit you add. An HMO counts once, however many rooms it has. Fields, and spaces let under licence (plots, stables, parking bays and garages), do not count, and neither does the sample property.
Your plan follows the number of properties. One added part way through the month is charged for the rest of that month on your next invoice, and one you delete is credited.
The basics for up to 3 properties: tenancies, deposits, certificates with their reminders, and maintenance, with 20 files of up to 10 MB. It is for one person: no team, no spreadsheet import, no compliance report, calendar feed or summary emails, and no TenantTool AI. No card, and no trial to run out. Move up whenever you grow.
Yes, either way. The workspace owner changes plan from Settings, and moving up to Standard switches its features on at once.
A card, taken up front. Cancel before the seven days are up and nothing is charged. Free needs no card at all.
No. Workspaces that subscribed before per-property pricing keep their price for as long as they stay on that plan.
Anyone you work with, on Lite and Standard: partners, bookkeepers and managing agents each get their own login. Free is for one person.
